You decided your going to do an hour of cardio a few times a week to get your heart rate up and get in shape. What are your choices?
Treadmill? Stationary Bike? Elliptical? No wonder your procrastinating.
Let me introduce you to Kenpo X. Kenpo X is part of the world famous P90X fitness program.
Get your loose clothes on, grab your water and heart rate monitor, and get ready for Kenpo X. This workout is probably the funnest routine in the P90X line-up. Is funnest a word? How about most funnest?
Anyway, Kenpo X is 58 minutes of non-stop moving, punching, kicking, chopping, changing directions, jumping around, burning calories like crazy and before you know it your done, dripping with sweat and feeling like a million bucks.

58 minutes like seem like a long time to keep up cardio. No need to worry. We have breaks mixed into the workout.
However, The breaks as always in Beachbody fitness programs really aren’t breaks, they are what I call “temporary changes” in the routine. Here is your “break” in Kenpo X.
– Run in place
– Jump rope
– Jumpin jacks
– X Jacks
Do you feel rested now? Well what did you expect? This isn’t Richard Simmons. (young people disregard). This is P90X. There is a reason why P90X has sold millions of copies and transformed bodies and lives. It works. You gotta “Bring It” even during the breaks.
So, you know you have to include cardio in your fitness plans in order to shred the fat. Instead of killing yourself in boredom and and hour of mediocre cardio like a treadmill, give Kenpo X a try. It’s an awesome alternative.
